	All snow removal is done in a timely manner. To better serve our customers, we offer 24hr phone coverage throughout the snow season. All of our snow removal equipment is fully insured. Upon acceptance of contract, we make a detailed site plan of your property for each of our operators, showing any obsticales that are present, such as catch basins, fire hydrants, etc. We also outline where snow should and should not be piled.
	We also offer ice management, taking the worry out of a slip and fall injury in your parking lot. If you opt not to have an ice removal contract you can notify us when you would like to have your lot salted and we will work you into one of our routes.  We also offer to "push back" or haul away snow piles. This would be coordinated so that it would not conflict with business hours, providing you with safe and convenient parking. We also offer, to the accounts with a 3-year contract, repairs of any damaged landscape caused by our plowing equipment. We will restore those areas in the spring at no addititonal cost.
	Contract options: (fuel surcharge may apply) 1 year contract- at current rates, no deposit required 3-year contract- at current rates, no deposit required Ice managemant contracts also available  for 1 & 3 year terms. However due to the fluctuation of salt pricing contracts will be looked at annually.
